Where normal media crews stop, we mobilise
Aurora Media Hub is certified and prepared for offshore, maritime, and onshore high-risk work sites. We are trained to operate inside live energy environments: vessels, ports, fabrication yards, offshore wind assets, and remote marine project sites. We understand the safety culture, permit systems, and operational discipline required to work where ordinary media crews cannot, and we bring ready-to-go TRAs (Task Risk Assessments) and JSAs (Job Safety Analyses) that adapt with your HSE departments. Rusty has 17 years installing offshore wind farms, gas pipelines and platforms, up to Offshore Construction Manager (OCM) and Client Rep level, and came up from the back deck as a rigger. We can show your riggers how to tie a bowline.

BOSIET AND FOET
We hold BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) and FOET (Further Offshore Emergency Training), including HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) and sea survival, for helicopter transfer to offshore assets.
STCW-90 AND GWO
We hold STCW-90 (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) maritime and GWO (Global Wind Organisation) wind training for vessel operations and working at height on turbines.
DRONE (UAV)
Our drone pilot holds an EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) A1/A3 Open certificate and we are registered with Poland's ULC (Civil Aviation Office). Drone liability insurance covers Poland. Outside Poland we arrange permits and cover for each job.

Having previously worked as a Barge Superintendent and managed offshore teams of up to 200 personnel, we understand the reality of live marine operations: swinging loads, congested back decks, shipyard interfaces, vessel movements, SIMOPS, and the pressure of day-to-day project execution. AMH is not a media team that needs hand-holding. We understand the environment before we arrive.
Aurora Media Hub is based in Warsaw, Poland, placing us within fast reach of major Polish ports, shipyards, fabrication yards, energy offices, and conference locations. We can mobilise quickly across Poland, the Baltic region, and wider Europe for offshore, onshore, and corporate energy assignments.
Media work inside live industrial environments introduces risk if it is not properly controlled. AMH has developed offshore media checklists, task risk assessments, and working procedures that your HSE team can review and adopt. Before deployment, we sit with project, marine, and HSE representatives to identify hazards, agree controls, and ensure the operation is carried out safely and professionally.
We integrate with your project team, not against it. Before filming, we brief with field engineers, rigging foremen, vessel crew, HSE, and the captain or OIM (Offshore Installation Manager) to agree access, restrictions, communication methods, and expected work fronts. We operate with discipline, carry radios where permitted, follow site instructions, and stay aware of daily operations, so we are present for the key milestones without becoming a distraction to the crew.

We hold BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) with HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training), OPITO (Offshore Petroleum Industry Training Organization) rigger competence, GWO (Global Wind Organisation) training and STCW-90 (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping), plus basic maritime safety training for site inductions on platforms, vessels and rigs. Copies of our tickets are available on request.
We handle the flight logging and compliance. Our drone pilot holds an EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) A1/A3 Open certificate and we are registered with Poland's ULC, Urząd Lotnictwa Cywilnego (Civil Aviation Office). Drone liability insurance covers Poland. Outside Poland we arrange permits and cover for each job. We coordinate with local maritime and aviation authorities to secure necessary permits for restricted airspaces near industrial plants, refineries, and wind farms.
A standard vessel induction or safety training video takes between 6 to 8 weeks. This timeline includes scripting and safety outline checks (2 weeks), site filming (3 to 5 days), and post-production editing, custom animations, voiceovers, and regulatory feedback reviews (4 weeks).
Yes. We are two operators based in Warsaw with offshore tickets and our own kit. Onshore we can usually move within days. Offshore depends on visas, vessel clearance and your induction process, so we sort that out with you up front.
