Having previously worked as a Barge Superintendent and managed offshore teams of up to 200 personnel, we understand the reality of live marine operations: swinging loads, congested back decks, shipyard interfaces, vessel movements, SIMOPS, and the pressure of day-to-day project execution. AMH is not a media team that needs hand-holding. We understand the environment before we arrive.
Aurora Media Hub is based in Warsaw, Poland, placing us within fast reach of major Polish ports, shipyards, fabrication yards, energy offices, and conference locations. We can mobilise quickly across Poland, the Baltic region, and wider Europe for offshore, onshore, and corporate energy assignments.
Media work inside live industrial environments introduces risk if it is not properly controlled. AMH has developed offshore media checklists, task risk assessments, and working procedures that your HSE team can review and adopt. Before deployment, we sit with project, marine, and HSE representatives to identify hazards, agree controls, and ensure the operation is carried out safely and professionally.
We integrate with your project team, not against it. Before filming, we brief with field engineers, rigging foremen, vessel crew, HSE, and the captain or OIM to agree access, restrictions, communication methods, and expected work fronts. We operate with discipline, carry radios where permitted, follow site instructions, and stay aware of daily operations, so we are present for the key milestones without becoming a distraction to the crew.
