Aerial HSE Review & Digital Training

Trusted by Global Energy Giants and Maritime Leaders

Aurora Media Hub is certified and prepared for offshore, maritime, and onshore high-risk work sites. Our crews are trained to operate inside live energy environments: vessels, ports, fabrication yards, offshore wind assets, and remote marine project sites. We understand the safety culture, permit systems, and operational discipline required to work where ordinary media crews cannot, and we bring ready-to-go TRAs and JSAs that adapt with your HSE departments. Our production crew bring over 21 years as Offshore Construction Managers (OCMs) and Client Reps, having run pipelay vessels and subsea installation packages. We can show your riggers how to tie a bowline.
Our own job-safety-analysis and permit-to-work system, ready to slot into your site's control of work and HSE process.
Crews current in BOSIET and FOET, including HUET and sea survival, cleared for helicopter transfer to offshore assets.
STCW-90 maritime and GWO wind certification for vessel operations and working at height on turbines.
Licensed UAV pilots plus valid seaman's books and offshore travel documents for rapid worldwide mobilisation.
A curated selection of footage captured across complex energy and marine projects, from shipyards, ports, offshore wind farms, pipelay and beach-pull operations to subsea installations and executive energy conferences throughout Europe, the UAE, and Asia.
Wind - OWF
Embedded with your offshore team, we capture dynamic aerial footage from the deck to the seabed, showcasing your engineering and your project's pinnacle phases.
Oil & Gas / Pipelay
Documentary style coverage of all processes, line up stations, and the departments involved in transferring pipe from PLV to ready racks, line up stations, and through to welding stations, AUT, and field joint coating.
Renewables / Solar
Coverage of utility-scale photovoltaic installations, from panel deployment to grid connection across renewable energy sites.
Conference / Energy
Executive interviews, keynotes, panel discussions and project announcements filmed for energy companies across offshore wind, oil & gas, renewables and ports. Built for stakeholders like ORLEN. Ready for web, LinkedIn, press and investor updates.
Offshore Recruitment
The main promotional film for The Offshore Partners, positioning the agency beyond standard recruitment: offshore construction knowledge, technical roles, project demands, and the calibre of personnel required in high-risk marine environments. Built for client engagement, candidate attraction, and visibility across the offshore sector.
HSE training films, UAV inspection reports, time lapse documentation, and internal project films, produced for the teams that run offshore work: HSE, engineering, and project communications.

Why partner us
Having previously been a Barge Superintendent and run teams of up to 200 people, we can safely say we know how to navigate the swinging loads on a back deck, shipyard congestion, and day-to-day operations.
Having previously worked as a Barge Superintendent and managed offshore teams of up to 200 personnel, we understand the reality of live marine operations: swinging loads, congested back decks, shipyard interfaces, vessel movements, SIMOPS, and the pressure of day-to-day project execution. AMH is not a media team that needs hand-holding. We understand the environment before we arrive.
Aurora Media Hub is based in Warsaw, Poland, placing us within fast reach of major Polish ports, shipyards, fabrication yards, energy offices, and conference locations. We can mobilise quickly across Poland, the Baltic region, and wider Europe for offshore, onshore, and corporate energy assignments.
Media work inside live industrial environments introduces risk if it is not properly controlled. AMH has developed offshore media checklists, task risk assessments, and working procedures that your HSE team can review and adopt. Before deployment, we sit with project, marine, and HSE representatives to identify hazards, agree controls, and ensure the operation is carried out safely and professionally.
We integrate with your project team, not against it. Before filming, we brief with field engineers, rigging foremen, vessel crew, HSE, and the captain or OIM to agree access, restrictions, communication methods, and expected work fronts. We operate with discipline, carry radios where permitted, follow site instructions, and stay aware of daily operations, so we are present for the key milestones without becoming a distraction to the crew.
AMH is prepared for international mobilisation across offshore energy, ports, shipyards, wind, oil and gas, and industrial project environments. With offshore certificates, maritime awareness, drone capability across multiple regions, and real field experience, we bring more than cameras to the job. We bring operational understanding, safe working habits, and enough good character to fit into the project team without making life harder for anyone.

Aurora Media Hub, together with Patryk's creative eye, helped us build vivid training videos and inductions for onboarding. They've streamlined our joining process and added genuinely useful segments that build a new employee's knowledge base from day one. The films are a true asset to our business.
Onboarding Operations Director
Aurora Media Hub have produced close to five films for us, and we keep coming back. High-res footage, infographics, animation, voiceovers, dubbing and subtitles: they do it all. These films are the backbone of how we present our products, showing clients the end result with real clarity.

Corporate Relations Director
As a specialist offshore recruitment agency, it's almost impossible to film our placed candidates out in the offshore environment. Getting Aurora Media Hub onto the vessels we crew was essential for candidate placement footage and for showcasing the agency. Rusty made it happen, delivering an HR promo film, multiple candidate interviews, and reels for our socials.

Get clarity on logistics, safety certifications, drone permits, and production workflows.
Our crews carry active BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training), HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training), and OPITO safety credentials. They undergo regular medical assessments, drug screens, and basic maritime safety training required for site inductions on platforms and rigs.
We handle end-to-end flight logging and compliance. Our drone pilots are licensed under FAA Part 107 (US) and CAA (UK/Europe) standards. We coordinate directly with local maritime and aviation authorities to secure necessary permits for restricted airspaces near industrial plants, refineries, and wind farms.
A standard vessel induction or safety training video takes between 6 to 8 weeks. This timeline includes scripting and safety outline checks (2 weeks), site filming (3-5 days), and post-production editing, custom animations, voiceovers, and regulatory feedback reviews (4 weeks).
Yes. With operations hubs in key energy clusters, we can mobilize crews and equipment globally. Depending on passport controls, local visa regulations, and vessel clearances, we can deploy to onshore sites within 48 hours and offshore platforms within 5-7 business days.
