Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 July 2026

1. Who we are

Aurora Media Hub Sp. z o.o. (“AMH”, “we”, “us”), ul. Koszykowa 59/23, 00-660 Warszawa, Poland (KRS 0001238723, REGON 544622803, NIP 7011311612), is the data controller for personal data collected through auroramediahub.com. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

When you submit our quote calculator or contact us by email, we collect the details you provide: name, business email address, selected package and add-ons, budget range, and your project brief. Our hosting and network providers also process technical data (IP address, browser type, request logs) needed to deliver the site securely.

3. Why we process it

We use inquiry data solely to respond to your request, prepare a quotation, and manage a resulting business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Who receives it

Inquiry submissions are delivered to our operations mailbox via our email provider (Hostinger). The website is served through Netlify (hosting) and Cloudflare (DNS, security, and content delivery), which process technical request data on our behalf. Embedded films are served via YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) player, which loads only when you press play; YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to playback.

5. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing. The privacy-enhanced YouTube player avoids setting tracking cookies unless you start playback.

6. Retention

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and thereafter only as required for legal, accounting, or contractual record-keeping.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the site or our services change. The date above reflects the latest revision.
